Starting your own hedge fund

How do you start your own hedge fund?
I am looking for resources for starting an Internet business related hedge fund. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I know it will be on a smaller scale, but I am sure the same principals of running a large hedge fund and a small one are very similar.
